GAC Group announced today that its self-operated charging piles have exceeded 25,000, covering 31 provinces and 213 cities across the country, with data statistics as of April 2026.

GAC Group stated that DC charging piles account for over 75% of its total capacity, with over 98% located in core provincial capital cities. There is a station every 1km in core urban areas, and a station every 50km along the “Golden Triangle” expressway.

According to research, GAC Group’s cumulative sales in the first quarter of this year reached nearly 380,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 2.38%. Sales of its own-brand vehicles reached 166,200 vehicles, a significant year-on-year increase of 42%.
GAC Aion and GAC Trumpchi sold 74,100 and 92,100 vehicles respectively, representing year-on-year increases of 57.34% and 33.06%. GAC Toyota sold 172,900 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 6.99%, while GAC Honda recorded double-digit month-on-month sales growth in both February and March.
