On Sunday, the second round of the 2026 World Superbike Championship (WSBK) Hungarian round will take place, and Zhang Xue’s motorcycle will compete again.
In the first round of the WorldSSP class at the 2026 World Superbike Championship (WSBK) Hungary round, which concluded last night, Valentin Debis, a French rider from Chinese motorcycle manufacturer Zhang Xue Motorcycle, overtook two Yamaha motorcycles in the final 20 seconds to win the championship.
This victory against all odds in the first round of the Hungarian Grand Prix marks another championship for Zhang Xue’s motorcycle, following her double win at the WSBK Portugal Grand Prix. It is also Zhang Xue’s third Grand Prix victory this season.
The World Superbike Championship (WSBK) is the world’s premier motorcycle racing series, established by the FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motorcycle Sports) in 1988. The series is structured in rounds, with 12 rounds scheduled for the 2026 season . Zhang Xue’s motorcycle will next participate in the Czech Republic round of the WSBK on the 15th.
