XPeng Motors officially announced that the XPeng MONA L03 received over 20,000 pre-orders within 7 minutes of its launch .
According to an earlier report by tech free press today, the XPeng MONA L03 will be available in pure electric and range-extended versions, with prices starting at 123,800 yuan . The range-extended version will be delivered in late August. The new car was designed under the leadership of former Ferrari exterior designer Juanma and will be available in six body colors: Aurora Purple, Crescent Silver, Midnight Black, Dusk Purple, Plum Jam, and Eucalyptus Gray. The paint uses BASF high-gloss clear coat and 3C2B coating technology.
The MONA L03 is equipped with XPeng’s self-developed Turing AI chip. The Max version features a single chip with 750 TOPS of computing power and is equipped with the second-generation VLA distillation version; the Ultra SE version features dual chips with 1500 TOPS of computing power and supports the full-fledged second-generation VLA. The electric version offers two CLTC range options of 525km and 625km; the super-extended version has a maximum combined CLTC range of 1330km and a pure electric range of 315km.
